I'm trying to gauge interest on my 2010 535i E61. It's an automatic, 21k miles, black on black, cold weather, premium package, and M Sport.
Mods are limited to 3M Crystalline tint throughout at 35%, headlight protection film, mud guards, high side oil catch can, interior LED bulbs, BMW roof rails, all season floor mats and cargo mat. This car is absolutely mint.
I bought it with 2k miles in 2015 and have kept in garage stored the entire time. It was our 3rd car when I bought it with the intention of it taking over daily driving duties when my then current daily failed. Ultimately, as the car got older and remained in great shape, I was reluctant to turn it into my daily as it's the last of it's kind in the US from BMW and and instead picked up a 135is. When my wife got a Pilot, the need for the wagon disappeared.
I've changed the oil yearly, power steering and brake fluid every other year, and had the transmission, tx case, and differential fluids changed at an Indy last year. Air filter and cabin filter have been charged as well. The tires were replaced in 2017 with Pilot Sport AS3 and have about 8k miles on them. Also have a set of winter wheels and tires bought in 2015 with a few thousand miles on them.
There are 1 or 2 paint chips that are very minor. Unavoidable really for any car that sees the road. But otherwise, I would be surprised if this isn't the best condition E61 out there.
My only reason for selling is that I simply don't drive it enough and if I'm going to have a third car that is babied, I'd rather have an M2C before the production run ends and get a crap car for daily use.

A couple quick pics. I'll have to give it wash before I take more complete photos. I love these wheels, but bmw brakes do produce a ton of dust and they aren't easy to clean.
Forget to mention above, but the HPFP was replaced and the trunk electronics were relocated by Bmw under warranty as a precaution.

I must say I'm surprised by the lack of interest. On BAT E61s get a ton of interest. I suppose those most interested aren't checking the enthusiast sites much.
I have the same car but with 86k miles, plus comfort access and PDC. Any luck selling yours.
I haven't sold it yet, but I'm not trying too hard either (got a M2C on order that requires I sell a 135is first). The E6x forums don't get much traffic nowadays, so if/when I get super serious, I'll just put it on BAT where there is very strong enthusiast demand for these. It's a tough car to let go of though, bc it does so much so we'll.
