Just poured a ton of money into this car, my loss is your gain, I need a more economical car for commuting to my new job.

This is the highly coveted Sport Package with adaptive swaybar (aka dynamic drive) and a 6-speed manual transmission.

Comes with a Large stack of service records, I've owned the car since 2012. I'm the third owner.

In the last year alone I just put in a brand new clutch and flywheel, new Bilstein PSS coilovers, new rear suspension components (control arms, end links, tie rods) changed the pulleys and accessory belts.

Vanos issue fixed by dealer under warranty at 55k miles

Stock exhaust , no modifications other than AFE Intake with pro dry filter (pictured)

Sale can include my second set of staggered OEM BMW wheels style 124.

The bad:

CCC idrive is failing and works sometimes

Adaptive headlight driver's side light fault
- had this since I bought the car, swapped the light modules and had them recoded and dealer says that the driver's side light needs to be replaced ( headlight works fine, it auto levels, but only the side to side motion is compromised in the driver's headlight)

Passenger seat restraint system fault
(Ibs battery cable needs to be replaced, it's a $500 battery cable)

Small chip in center console

I have a bavtech scanner and can give you a printout of the computer errors on the spot.
