We just came across a CLEAN E39 M5... you'll at the mileage...

NEVER been titled..
Bought directly from BMW NA
Used as a technical training car, never been bugged or major disassemble
Still shows Active Maintenance
Still have original window sticker

Very nice, but $42K for a 9 year old car? Um, no, not worth it. You can find 2006-08 M5's for only a little more, granted more mileage but newer car with better gadgets.

agreed. But a E39 fanatic will be more than happy to see this deal.

I am an E39 fanatic, it is gorgeous. That said, can't see spending $42k on an 9 yo M5 when you can get an 06 or 07 for about $45k

agree, i will get newer model with higher mileage for same price
