Still waiting to get the car back so I can snap some photos. Here are a few photos I did manage to track down. Car has only been driven between 1000 and 1500 miles for the past 18-20 months, so it looks pretty much the same as these photos:
No logos or badging:
The car was fitted with these most excellent headers. You can see the original manifolds next to the headers here:
Removed the brakes this summer and had the logos removed:
It has one of these supercharger thingamabobs in it:
This is the HRE wheel that got rashed. Will look like this again (minus the Brembo logo) once the lip is replaced ($500):
I don't have photos of the gauges installed, but here is a shot of some of the parts:
KillerChiller install photo:
This is what the engine bay looks like now:
A photo of the hybrid drive shaft before it was installed (balanced and ready to install):
Expansion block strategically located behind the grill:
Pulled the transmission out and the block looked so clean you could eat off of it. No leaks anywhere:
The clutch and flywheel have about 400 miles on them at the moment. No WOT pulls on them just yet. Not even fully broken in!:
Tons of new stuff on this car:
New GUIBO
New Clutch fork
New Pedal Assembly
New Output Shaft
New Transmission Input and Output Seals
New Clutch fork pivot
New Release/Push Bearing
New Entire Shifter Assembly and hydraulics
New bolts everywhere BMW calls out for new bolts when replacing the transmission
Bunch of other new stuff as well..too much to list
