This is pretty much the car I wish I had bought...minus cold weather package. Unfortunately, I'm in the same position as you...so, just wanted to offer a couple of thoughts...
Realistically, most folks are going to run through the remaining warranty in a year or less. Are you the original owner? Perhaps you could sweeten the deal by offering to extend the warranty (which I think only the original owner can do?) as part of the sale (for an additional cost of course).

Hey Guys, it's going on less than two weeks before I move to the UK, and my car isn't sold, I have reduced the price to 23,500 or best offer, so if there is any interest let me know, I MUST SELL before I get on the plane! Thanks!
