I'm moving overseas to England to going to need to sell my wonderful 5 series and this is the first place I want to post. Here are the details, pictures to come soon when I can get outside and take them, but want to gauge interest, this is a rare car!

2007 525i 6 Speed Manual

3.0L, 218bhp, the most classic BMW engine in my opinion

39,500 miles, under factory warranty and maintenance program until 50,000 miles or January of 2011.

Black Sapphire Metallic/Black Dakota Leather

Sport Package (Active Roll Stabilization, 20 Way Power Comfort Seats, M-Sport Steering Wheel, Shadow-line, etc.)

Premium Package

Sirius Satellite Radio

Only MOD: Rear Red Reflectors

Comes with 2 sets of wheels:
Style 123 (18'' 530 sport wheels) with Dunlop summers, on the car now
Style 122 (17'' 525 sport wheels) with brand new Bridgestone Blizzak Snow Tires

It saddens me to have to part with this car because I love it so much, the interior of this car is PERFECT, showroom new. I am compulsive about this. The leather looks like it was never sat in, carpets do not have a stain, a crumb, nothing. The exterior still shines and has very minimal wear, a few scratches/touch-up chips typical with age, looks beautiful and body has NO parking lot dings. I park far away from the crowd. There is a slight imperfection on the front bumper where I got bumped in a parking lot.

I will also deliver this car free of charge anywhere within the NYC area.

I have two concerns: I need to sell it reasonably quick and preferably to a BMW enthusiast. A car like this deserves to be treated well.

I don't have a set asking price, but members of this forum should know what a car like this is worth, would like to get about $26,000 for it, but that is completely flexible, especially for forum members.

Please be in touch! I won't be leaving the forum because I'll hopefully be purchasing another E60 soon, just with the steering wheel on the wrong side

Appreciate the support. I wish they would let me take it with me Do you all think my asking price is fair? I've advertised on vehix and craiglist so hopefully I'll get some bites.

Question for everyone, I'm advertising everywhere and have gotten quite a few absurd, low-ball offers. Is it unrealistic to expect 25000 for a BMW in this condition, this desirable set of combinations, WITH snow tires? Let me know definitely would appreciate the advice.

$25K for an 07 is fairly reasonable IMHO. It's a nice car and not too many manual 525's out there.

Well, market price is driven by the market. Its a simple rule of supply and demand (I'm sure you know). I'm not saying either way about $25k. But if you're looking for a quick sale, then you will have to expect low ballers and be flexible with your bottom price. GL again with the sale.

Just a friendly BUMP...my Car is still for sale, and I'm going lower on the price, pretty much not refusing any sensible offer since I need to sell.

It's a tough market. Hang it there, you'll find a buyer soon.
