BLACK 545 sport, MANUAL, LOADED with ALL options + $10k in mods

I'm starting a business and need to sell my baby. So bummed, but someone will luck out! NOTE: I drive through New England regularly and can pay you a visit if you want to see it.
Beige leather interior in mint condition, non-smoker, 6 speed manual with all packages (sport, cold weather, premium sound, navigation, active steering, etc - everything put parking sensors). 113,000 miles, but don't let the year or mileage fool you. This car not only looks like-new, but it is mechanically flawless.
I drive 95% of the time on the highway (from NYC to NH & VT), and this car has been garaged since day one and meticulously detailed.
I added $10,000 in mods. M5 bumpers, M6 wheels, custom quad exhaust, LED angel eye headlights, snow wheels and tires for the winter, etc. See list below.

Exhaust sound: http://bit.ly/vViGta This does not do it justice...it's not too loud, very deep, with minimal drone. Throaty but very classy sounding.
It's never had anything seriously go wrong, and it's never been in an accident.
This car drives like new, and man does it drive. The clutch is a dream. Recently installed new brake pads, good for 50k, and new spark plugs, good for 90k, along with other routine replacements under the 100k extended warranty. Snow tires have two seasons left, summer tires are new this season. If I could I'd drive it for another 200k I would.
Thoroughly checked by my BMW mechanic, he couldn't believe it had more than 50k on the odometer. No leaks whatsoever. All records are available.
I've got to comment on the stereo - best I've heard in any car. This alone was a $2k option. Plays from iPod. Bluetooth activated.

I refinanced the car during the financial crisis. You can take over my monthly payments if needed. They are $491 a month, and you can pay me the difference in cash. FYI the only thing wrong with it is a cracked front bumper. It has been repaired since the photos were taken, but can still be seen if you are looking for it. It didn't bother me enough to order another one from Umnitza, but that can easily be done!
