The CARFAX on this car states that this car was involved in an accident on 9/2012. I bought the car on 6/2015 from a BMW dealer and it had a clean CARFAX. I recently wend back to the dealer to see what they would price the car on a trade in, and found out that CARFAX reported an accident on 2017. The dealer said it was just a sideswipe and the hood was repainted,which doesnt make any sense. I had the car inspected by a professional car buyer and he says the car was never repainted. I contacted CARFAX to get it removed but they refused. What good is CARFAX if they can report an accident after 5 years?
Pull the CARFAX and you will see what i mean. Thanks for your interest.
