My Ride: 2009 535xi Wagon (E61 w/6MT)
Model Year: 2009
2009 E61 6 speed MANUAL for sale- $15k
Westchester, NY: Monaco Blue with Dakota beige interior. 124K miles. I am the second owner having purchased the car in 2014. I am a PCA member and general enthusiast, so FULL records available. Clean title- no liens. The interior is 9/10 and I would give the exterior a 7/10. No accidents (have Carfax). The exterior has a few hail dings and the headlights are hazy. There are a few small dents here and there and the front of the hood has some small chips. Otherwise the car is mechanically very sound. I had a PPI done in August at Meccanic Shop in North Salem, NY who specializes in BMW and older German cars. They called out the following: passenger cup holder not working (fixed), wear on drivers door rest and center rest (fixed), reverse lights out (they work but are LED so the warning light illuminates due to lower resistance of LED), rear wheels curb rashed with one dent (all true- not pretty but fully functional- these are Apex EC7- ET31 Anthracite 18x9 that are on back order until Nov and cost $380 per wheel).
The car has a rear back up camera, COBB stage 1 tune, ER charge pipe, Forge Diverter Valves, and BMS Dual Cone Intakes. Tires: Conti DWS 255/40 R18 (at least a year of tread left)
Major work completed (not including general oil, filter stuff):
VANOS Solenoids - 8/23
Under belly pans (both) - 8/23
New Rotors/Pads 4x + parking brake shoes - 7/23
Water pump & thermostat - 7/23
Oil pan gasket & engine mounts - 9/22
Coils and plugs - 7/21
Coolant Tank replaced - 12/20
Front control arms- 8/20
Valve cover & gasket- 7/18
New Turbos- 8/2014
Great chance to own a well maintained and loved E61 6MT. They are fun and functional and a rare breed. I have priced the car knowing it's not perfect (dings and rear wheels) and will consider reasonable offers. All it really needs is the two rear wheels replaced and maybe a new battery (current one is 2017). Not open to trades as I am thinning the herd.
Thank you
