2008 (58) 520d touring M Sport lci £4500 (UK)

Hi all

Looking to change car this year and get into ev/phev. Have owned this since November 2014. No outstanding finance. Location in West Coast of Scotland/Glasgow. Can pick up or meet at airport/train station no worries.

Current mileage is 113450, but car is still being used so will increase. 4 previous owners. The chap I bought it from only had it for a few months as he bought it specifically for a trip to Europe with the family. Condition I'd say is good for year and mileage. Has some small marks/scratches but nothing too serious. The worst marks I'll include in pictures. There's a scrape on the passenger side bottom of the front bumper. I think my wife must have hit a kerb.

Some spec:
Carbon Black
6 speed Auto
FSH with BMW/independent specialists, as well as the oil changed every 10k.
MOT until August 2019 (no advisories)
Next service due in 6k miles (oil service)
Has had recent tyres all round, Avon ZZ5
Air con re-oiled and gassed June 2018
New OEM battery 2 years ago
Full leather interior with full electric/memory front seats/steering wheel.
Pro Nav Idrive with a the newer style controller.
6 disc changer in glovebox
Updated 2017 Sat Nav DVD included
Removable Westfalia towbar & electrics
Spare wheel under boot floor
Can include roof bars if required
Rear tailgate wiring has been sorted. No worries at all with the known issue there.
Never had any change in engine noise, or had anything picked up on when in for service. I knew about the timing chain issue when I bought it and was advised to change the oil more frequently which I have followed. Apparently this helps the oil feed to the tensioner which can be part of the problem.

Asking £4500 for a quick sale. I think this price is reasonable compared to similar cars on Auto trader etc.

Can't think of anything else to add just now, please message with any questions.

Cheers
Michael
