GL with sale, but if you want to sell your car here, you may want to bring the price more in line with its actual value.

With respect, your asking price is hugely above market. According to Kelly Blue Book kbb.com, a 2006 550i non-sport with your mileage and options in excellent condition is worth slightly less than $29,000 for a private party sale.
