The major options etc are listed on my sig.
what you need to know:
car had one accident - got hit by a snowplow in february this year, while parked.
Had the car repaired TO SPEC!!! Paid money out of my pocket (on top of what insurance covered) to make sure that all the replacement parts were new. Immaculately repaired by a trusted shop and re-tuned by the dealer (BMW-owned dealership-BMW of Manhattan) immediately after.
Also, had the dealer replace some of the worn out components of the front suspension. Car has BRAND NEW controls arms up front - both sides. This car rides LITERALLY like a new 5 series.
Second weak llink - tires. Without going too much into details, figure you'll need them before winter comes around, if you drive like most people on this forum. I have the OEM Bridgestone RFTs on it, but your best bet will probably be a good all-weather high-performance set with a road hazard protection plan - I've had it on other cars before and it beats the RFTs, hands down.
Other than that, the car is in great shape - inside and outside, mechanically and functionally - NO FLAWS IN OPERATION WHATSOEVER.
I'm pricing it aggressively, because I'm getting a deal on a newer lease, so I need to get rid of this one ASAP, so I don't end up with two payments. If you want THE sports sedan, this is it!
One more thing I have to add is that the badge on the trunk was partially deleted for me. I do have all the original lettering, I'll provide it with the car, of course - in case you want to put it back on.
pics are from a few weeks ago, I'll add some better quality ones as soon as weather permits me to take them:

Gl with the sale. You have 500 miles before the warranty expires, if i were you i wouldnt drive the car so the buyer can have the car thoroughly checked.

Absolutely - that's why I've listed 49,5k mi - I will not put on miles. That being said, the car was actually thoroughly checked out at the BMW of Manhattan two weeks ago and like I said, it does actually drive like new now. But yes, I of course, am taking this into consideration!

Guys, this is a real good price for a car like mine - I've checked dealer auction prices and they go for about 23-24k at those - that's before any fees and taxes, so at the lot this is a 26-29k asking price car. Can someone give me some tips on how to better market the car, please?
So far, I have listed it on craigslist a few times and I have it up for sale in a couple of forums. I don't want to pay the ridiculous eBay fees, plus I'm told eBay Motors isn't even that effective. But I really do want to sell it and upgrade to a 535 already - can you guys help me out with some advice on how to get this done better?
Also, and this is only for this forum members, I'm asking 24,500 now
