It is also 05 545i with 44000 miles.

yes but i have the extended warranty till 100k miles. very important when you start getting into the high mileage. the rims i have are ~$3500 + $900 for tires, mtech aero kit. it starts to add up quickly.

also you need to sell it now i have the luxury of being able to wait.
