Has the BMW CPO extended warranty and maintenance package till Dec. 2010 or 100k miles. Maintenance covers everything from oil changes and brakes to windshield wipers. Any mechanical problems are covered by the extended warranty ($50 deductible). I just had it serviced (safety check as well) last week at Patrick BMW; new brakes, oil, and everything else topped off and inspected.

Currently on 18" gunmetal wheels & snowtires. I have 19" Breyton Race CS's with Dunlop SP Maxx that could be thrown in to sweeten the deal (rear tires need replacement though). As you can see on my sig, the only mods I have done were cosmetic (black grill, LED lights, HID fogs, ect). I can bring it back to stock in an hour or sell as-is (really makes the car look sporty, but your choice). I am the 2nd owner, all maintenance has been done at BMW dealers.

Normal wear and tear for a 70k mile car. There is a small scuff on the rear bumper. I need to get it washed, and hopefully get some sun to snap good pictures. In the meantime, I am attaching what photos I have on my work computer.
