I joined here back in August but haven't posted yet. I'm selling a 2005 545i 6 Speed with the Sport Package, CWP and Xenons. The car, to my knowledge, is pretty much loaded except navigation. The warranty and maintenance are good through 5/09 and the car only has 35k miles on it right now. Asking price is $28,975, but I'll sell it to a board member for $27,975. It's also posted elsewhere online...
