Selling a 2005 545i, 6 spd, sport package w/active steering, rare black Anthracite interior, 155,500 miles, M5 rims with 90% tread left, 30% ceramic tint (done 2 years ago), bluetooth enabled, Supersprint catback exhaust, Sprint booster v2, clean title! Very well maintained! A ton of maintenance has been done in the last few years and most important the valve stem seals were done. Cylinder heads off and serviced so basically top half of motor was refreshed. Oil changes every 7500 miles.
4 struts replaced with Bilstein B6, Front upper/lower control arms, stabilizing links, strut mounts, 101c water pump, water heater valve, clutch slave, oil pressure sensor, VANOS seals, vacuum pump seal MAF, fuel filter, CCVV, hood struts, battery, front windshield trim seal (upper/sides), rear windshield seals (upper/lower), radiator fan, temp sensor, EVAP valve, DTML pump and a lot more has been done.
Every once in a while it'll throw a dynamic drive message. Drives fine. By the time I go drive it again later, it's off. I've spent over 10k on just the rims, tires, exhaust, and heads. Passed smog this March. Mechanically great! Body is good for a 20 year old car. Windshield has a nickel sized chip but not in driving view.
Drives great! Pulls hard! Rides smooth! No smoke, good highway mpg, everything works! AC cold! Registration is up to date. Have a few extra parts - tie rod ends with boots, sway bar bushings, clutch pedal rubber pad, 6 disc changer....
Was my daily driver for years, kept it for sentimental reasons but now it's time to move on. Asking $5k obo. No trades, not responding to offers under $4k. Test drives only with cash in hand.
