honestly carmax is going to give you if lucky 25k or below, remember they got to sell the car and make money off of it, and its a 04 so the finance interest rates are more so its harder for them to sell forget about the KBB value that dont mean sh%& to them or any dealer you take it to. Best thing is to sell it yourself GL bud. The only way i would get a MB is AMG or none at all .

Don't do it. Stupid fast straight line speed isn't everything. What happens when you encounter a turn? The CLK55 and E55 handle like crap. My E63 has better handling but nowhere near that of the 545i. You won't have the same confidence in a turn as you would in the 545i.
I think he would have to drive quite a bit in Texas to find windy roads lol..... but anyway...dont get a MB....how about an used S8?
