My Ride: 545i; Manual Shifter
The journalist of the article incorrectly labeled the car a "Skyline". Probably because previous GTRs have all been based on the Skyline model. This latest version was created from scratch to be it's own model and called "GT-R" only. Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Nissan announced that it will carry the Nissan badge throughout the world including the USA where many thought it would be an Infiniti due to the speculated hefty price tag.
I use to own a Nissan myself from 1988-1991. I wouldn't want to bring my > $60K USD car to a Nissan dealership for service...still, I'd love to have one of these.

interesting. i thought this was going to be the 08 g35 coupe. i hope that thing looks a lot better than the g35 sedan.
