Oh this is so much better than the S AMG wale. Proabably it is a fenomenal car in terms of power and maybe even sensational handling 
but there are 2 things that don't attract me.
1. The styling. Not my tastes. In fact no Merc looks appealing to me except maybe the CLS.
2. The sound....but that's the note of the engine. I like more screaming engines as those found in the bmw M division. This has a sound...a more american muscle car sound, a deep rumble. It sounds like it has smth stuck in his throat and it's angry about it
PS: As always typical about mercedes the price. And i'm not talking about amg models, i'm talking about probably all models. I dunno how they justify the extra price over any other car like bmw or audi...

they always have... mercs have always been associated with a "higher social class" (although less so today)..
if they still can get away with it, then why not
btw i like both sounds, the V10 and those V8 Amgs, its just that i like throatier engines that little bit more
