I just drove one around the block . . . along a stretch of empty freeway. . . it really fast. Not only is it fast, it is like driving on railroad tracks. For some reasons, everyone on the freeway was standing still.
It's also a good feeling to know that one is within a walking distance and accessible just about any time of the day or week, or month or year.
I didn't know the rear under panel was CF but the front was not.

Damn you bought it?! SICK!
As for the GTR, it's one hell of a beast. The torque and handling even at 80-120 mph is incredible; comparable to a stoplight start of a 545i. But where this car "wows" is after 120 mph. It pulls like crazy every time, and the steering shift response is like putting your hand right on the tranny itself. Yet, it drives like a regular car at normal speeds. It's so easy to drive and comfortable that a granny can do it, but the electronics is a little more complex. It's not a wow to redline a 400+ HP car, but the power and handling at high speed/cornering combo makes this beast not your typical "fast car" experience (at least not for me).
Now, if I can just learn to ride a bike (without my wife killing me first), I really want to get my hands on that 08 Haybusa 1300 GSX-R also parked in the garage.

No. This sick car belongs to my only brother who lives next door to me. Basically, we tend to buy different cars so we can taste the flavors. It's been like that for years. We've gone from Stangs, Corvette, to Lexus LS to MB S series, BWN 5 series, Haybusa, and now the GTR. Next year, hopefully it's my turn with an AMG. I'm not really into 2 doors.
