6:58. But that's a 7-figure race-bred non-production prototype, of course.

No i don't think it will be faster to 100 than the Turbo S, and that's because the Turbo is AWD while this is RWD. Being AWD the Turbo has the edge on acceleration from a full stop, with little wheel spin but after that the GT2 RS will catch up very very quickly and after that it's bye bye.

0-100 km/h (or 62 mph) is also too overrated! I mean for sure that's a fair standard to compare cars on a day to day basis since you're more prone to do a 0-100 daily or so than 0-200 let alone 0-300. And speaking of day to day performance i really would be curious of how hard would be to launch a GT2 RS with a good start because of all the power and the lightweight construction... considering an important part that streets are not racetrack tarmac quality, and you get dirt or uneven surfaces when it will probably hop a lot or loose traction too freaking quickly.

THIS is what makes me think of changing the M5... OR maybe, as a track toy. I VERY nearly bought a 997 GT3RS a few weeks ago as a track day toy. I'm still contemplating it if I'm honest. This is the one I have been looking at...

CLICK MEEEEE!!!

The only down side is the price tag of this. It's the 2010 model 997 GT3RS, and it's up for £126,000.00 or $182,000.00

And that's what is putting me off it!! I don't know if I can justify that sort of money on a "TOY"!
