its better than bmw's new designs. the rear end of the new 7 series is a carbon copy of the lexus. the new 5 series is a copy of the ugly ass 7. the new bmw designs are terrible. If i own a bmw again it will be a current model 5, or 3 series. If it isnt either of those i will wait for the next release in like 6 years.

My Ride: 545i Sport Package, Black/Grey. Got it July 09.
Model Year: 2004
i think the new mb direction is going to be nothing like this concept. its too different and looks NOTHING like the path they're actually taking ATM. it might be a possibility that this style is to be released in like 5 years, although the final product will be much different, or "refined" as we like to call it
and i think the new bmw lineup looks pretty sweet in person. (though i haven't seen the f10 yet) and i think they have incredible modding potential

I saw an F01 on the road the other day. I'm not feeling the design of the front end at all. At first glance I thought I was looking at a Dodge Charger with angel eyes.

My Ride: Alpine White 2006 530Xi (SLD)
I had a scary thought looking at this concept just the other day: what if this is what the new CLS going to look like? hope not... curious how all the big German brands - specifically, Audi with the new A8, BMW with the F10, Porsche with the Panamera (although I like it) and now M-B with this concept - are "uglifying" their designs. I'm curious to see where this leads... might even lead me into an Infiniti or Acura showroom eventually while there is E92, there is still hope!
