Total Hyundai in back...Go Sonata!
I owned the 2004 E350...asthetically the nicest ergonomics of any car...destroys bmw look...but, the ride is not even close!

The thing I don't understand is that the interior pic shows a conventional gear selector, whereas any spyshots they caught of the inside of development cars showed a column selector like the S-Class.

That is because these are renderings, as in fake, as in not real.
Everyone relax, eventually the real pics will be released by Mercedes Benz.

My Ride: 2007 525i (not LCI) - Alpine white, M sport package, Comfort seats, Logic 7, Bluetooth, Xenon adaptive headlights, PDC, sunroof, A/C with extended features, etc.
here is an ACTUAL picture of the new e-class interior...its similar to the rendering but looks much better...

My Ride: 2004 jet black 530I, M-tech body kit, ac shnitzer roof and trunk spoiler. kelleners sport exhaust and pully kit on its way from germany.
It looks like the new CTS in the side view
