Hmm... I would have thought the SL 65 AMG would be your dream car.

its techincally a DTM car, not an AMG

usual 5.5kompressor, with heavy duty internals, lightweight kompressor assembly...

582bhp/820nm .. 1700kg

More than this i find more exclusive the M3 GTR street version. Although i have friends that have seen CLK DTMs with their own eyes i have never heared anyone seeing an M3 GTR street.

More of a factor i would choose the GTR is that even though the car is 100bhp short, give or take, compared to the CLK DTM, the car is much lighter than the DTM, by aprox 350 kilos, which returnes much more satisfaction for me. I don't like weight and yes sometimes my 535d feels like a pig SOMETIMES

Ive seen the GTR at a BMW dealer on the German-Austrian border some time ago.. Really not that spectacular in real life. You might just as well get the M3 CSL... theres one on mobile for 61900euro with 9000km on the ODO !

Agree on this. From looks pov for sure the CLK DTM is a winner

And yes the CSL is indeed a no brainer, at least from the financial bit. I've been lurking on Mobile.de looking at some CSLs. What you pointed is almost the best deal you can get...
