Went to the dealer this weekend to check out the new MB S-Class.
Car is sitting in the showroom floor. Key FOB was inserted which allowed us to play around with the COMAND system and to check out the cool illuminated dash.
All is going well so far, leather is nice, wood is top-notch, even the clock is pretty cool.
Then, all of a sudden ... ALL of the airbags deploy! And they wouldn't even deflate. Dealer had to use a pair of scissors to get us out.
Now mind you, the car was not started, engine was not running, we were not moving -- it's sitting on the showroom floor for heaven's sake!
It was actually pretty funny ... just thought I'd share.

It's a freaking mercedes Strange experience but sure it's funny. I would have wanted to see the look on those mercedes guys faces

The newly developed Distronic and Active Cruise Control accident on German TV is another indication to stay away.
