I was asking myself the same question when I got my hands on my E39 a couple of years ago. The answer to that was the E60, and my money's on the F10.

I like the PS pics of the F10 too.
I'm looking forward to it already.

Haven't posted here in a while, but I have already made the switch from my '04 545 to an '07 335i sedan. Just got back from my 2 week Euro Delivery vacation a few days ago. In-process trip log here: http://matthews335europeandelivery.blogspot.com/

In my opinion, the E90 is a much better execution of the new design language than the E60. I think that the proportions of the E90 are just about perfect (not surprising, since it's about the same size as the E39). Additionally, I find that the E90 chassis is much more suited to the kind of driving experience I want. Nothing against the 5er, it's an amazing highway cruiser and I've really enjoyed driving it for the last 3 years, and the V8 has plenty of power and torque, but it's just too heavy and big to be really fun on a nice mountain drive, or when I need to make any sort of quick lane change in crazy Atlanta traffic. I'm just a 3er driver at heart, I guess.

Honestly, I had made the decision to go "down market" back to the 3er the first time I saw pics of the E90 body back in late 2004.

E90 coupe looks great, but the E90 sedan rear is not to be desired. E60 front, back, side, its just beautiful. But thats just my opinion, as its not worth much.

This sounds interesting as well..

http://www.leftlanenews.com/2006/07/03/nex...lude-four-door/

Especially no b pilar or the sucide doors

I've seen pics of that 8 before...nice....but it sure has a resemblance to the Chrysler butt of the 90's - harking back to Bangles years at Chrysler...still it SWEET!

I find that funny because I agree on all accounts - including my opinion not counting for much!

Yup. Bought out by a company called Cerberus, a private investment company in New York. Although, ownership of Chrysler was split something like 80/20. 20% still being in the hands of Daimler (mother company of Mercedes & Maybach).

My brother in law is a CFO for Cerberus, they are buying anything and everything they can get there hands on. Sorry off topic.

My next car after my E60 is most likely going to be the 335i, coupe of course, not the hideous sedan, just love that power.
