My Ride: Alpine White 2006 530Xi (SLD)
I just saw a commercial for a Range Rover Sport that stated that it has the "highest predicted residual value in its class"... from the same company that once said that Range Rover Sport is in a class of it's own, if I'm not mistaken. What a characteristic piece of bullsh!t of modern auto industry 
I'm just glad we still have ad/PR agencies that have the sense of humor (or is it ignorance?) to run conflicting spots like these and think they are effective. What's sad is, they likely are effective...
My point? Simple: Don't be a dumbass and buy BMW.

Yep, pretty much like those annoying "initial customer satisfaction surveys" - who ISN'T happy when they first buy a car? Talk to them a year later after it's been at the dealer 40 times, then tell me.
