Which would you take? A loaded out CLS550 Diamond White edition or an Arctic White Carrera with aero kit and sport seats only (no xenon, no navigation, no nothing)
It sounds like a no brainer for the CLS but im just curious. Carrera comes out to be cheaper as well...
I x'ed out BMW, only one id consider is a 6 series and I don't see it as a car id like unless it was an M6. No one is giving out deals like they were before so screw that. Maybe the new 7series will revive BMW but as of now, everything is old to me

When you say Carrera, I'm assuming it's the 911 not the GT
Which body style is it, 996 or 997 (or other)? Normally, I would've chosen the Carrera especially if it has the aero kit, but the fact that it doesn't have Xenon, Nav or anything, I may lean more with the CLS550 - even if the CLS550 are a dime a dozen here in Dallas.

2008 Carrera with just an aero and sport seats. I dont think i could live without factory navi and xenon for a car that is stickered at 87k. I mean doesnt a toyota solara have xenon? It does look crazy hot though, thing definitly is a neck breaker.
I like the CLS, I think its a good balance. Its got alot of fun toys in it. I just wanted to see why the carrera would be a good choice to some.

apples vs. oranges
Yea definitely. I x'ed the carrera completely, its practical for a second car but not for my daily needs. So now its CLS vs 6series...

The CLS is one of the hottest looking 4 door cars, seriously. I drool everytime I see one, its something about the whole style of it.

Honestly the 6 series back seats are no more functional than those in the 911. No adult will sit in the back of either car for more than 20 minutes. I am having a hard time believing anyone would choose a car based on a nav system. How often does nayone use this? I have it in my car, but rarely ever use it. Hell the Garmin systems are cheaper and better than what most factory versions offer anyway. I am truly biased because I am a 911 owner. It is a daily driver and it a joy to drive every day. It is as practical as a series, and a hell of a lot more fun to drive. I had to make the decision between 911 and M6. No brainer really from a fun perspective. The only way the 6 really wins this is if you need ample trunk space. My advice on that would be pack lighter ;-)
