Well at least the MOB/Crime families have another choice for their fleet of cars! :winkcool:

The funny thing is, I am planning on getting a 525-6speed.? With my GMS discount, I could get the STS V8 version for less than I am going to pay for the 525.? Am I crazy?? Some may think so, but acceleration is not the only important factor I look for, and for me the STS just misses the mark.

Couldn't you get a STS with your discount then turn around and sell it for a profit? Or would that be morally wrong or something?

With GMS, you have to keep it for 6 months at least. If you did that in the beginning of the model year and didn't drive it, then yes, I may be able to profit. But, you have to remember that once I purchase it, it's used whether I have miles on there or not, and Caddies take a huge hit the first year, so I would be taking some chance and the profit may not be worth it. Plus, I don't want to go through the hassle, and it would be hard for me not to drive a new car, so I will just wait until I get my 5.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,    HAHAHAHAHAHA, what a funny advert. My best bits were:

1. The way BMW and Mercedes seemed happy dancing together, not like rivals at all.

2. The way they back away when the caddy came it. I think the cars were thinking what is that?? Not because they were scared. BMW looks a lot more mean.

3. Notice at the end when the caddy stops, it wobbles from side to side. That was my favourite bit. It tried to show it was an agreesive four seater sports saloon, yet it wobbles.

Thanks caddy, you make me laugh.

reckamech,

I believe it.? The STS is a good value, but it is rather bland in my opinion.? The CTS is much more cutting edge and I like its design better than the STS.? I think the XLR is a little too far, the CTS is nice and the STS is not far enough...does that may since?

I am glad that I am not alone.? I know that an STS will be able to dust me off the line in my 525, but I will be happier while I am driving, and I will be much happier five years from now when my car still has some value and it is still making me smile.

It's funny you say that because I think just the opposite. I don't like the CTS because I think it styling goes to far and I think the STS is just right  . All in all depreciation is a serious concern of mine. :ermm:
