The new E Class, from the front, looks homlier than the outgoing model. The E's V8 is sweet -- making the car more powerful and faster in a straight line than BMW 535 or 550. But...when the F10, with its 400 bhp, 450 lbs-ft torque engine comes out, it will blow the E away. And I just can't warm to MB suspensions and steering which I do not think are sufficiently sporty and responsive for my taste. But sitting here today, I'd love to take the engine.
