Hi.
All I know is, S4 automatic is SLOW!
0-100km/h over 7sec.
So...a fecking-civic-typer will show its tail lights...
And a 2.0T manual will go by...but a S4 manual may be a bit faster...![Confused](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

You "know" a lot less than you think - the S4 runs 0-60 in about 5 to 5.5 seconds. As with BMW, the Tiptronic is not necessarily slower than the manual. S4 was tested at 4.99 by one US car magazine. S4 is a great car - and the RS4 is even better.
And that raised quite a bit of conversation in Audi forums...and Audi drivers (and I) were quite disappointed with that kind of a performance...

I love Audis for years and was about to pick up the S4 but my wife convinced me to get the 545. I like both cars but the 5 series is roomier and we just had a baby around that time so it made more sense. Also, this may sound superficial but I thought the 545 was more of an executive looking sedan that fit the image I was looking for more than the S4.
I still like the S4 though and the RS4 even more. How about an A6 4.2 or S6?? =)
