I went and drove one and have been thinking about trading my five in on one. It would eventually become my third vehicle when I pick up a Cayman, z4m or lotus in a year or two. I have heard lots of hearsay about their reliability, but haven't heard any feedback from actual owners. Thx.

If you do a search I believe that a member traded his 5 for a RR Sport just a few months ago. Maybe you could get in touch with him...

Either way good luck!

Not sure if you're referring to the same person but member rodneyremington sold his 545 for a Ranger Rover Supercharged a few months ago, not a Sport though. Here's that thread: https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showto...t=0&start=0

A friend of mine has an '06 RR Sport and has had no issues with it. Another friend of mine just picked up a 2008 RR Sport Limited Edition (supercharged) a few weeks ago so it's too early to get any feedback from him on reliability issues. The thing looks gorgeous though.

I think that's what I was referring to. But I could of sworn a member traded his 5 for a dark colored sport.

My colleague turned in his 5er for a Range Rover. I asked him about reliability and what not, and he said that it's a blast to drive and has been pretty solid.
