Scammed By Member Eugene134

I purchased Eugene134's used AIB V2's a few weeks ago. I was told by him that he sent them via USPS priority on Monday, Dec 21st. I still have not received these bulbs, and Eugene134 has not been able to provide any tracking info although requested. He has stated however, that he will return my payment, but I have yet to receive it.
I will go through the motions of getting my payment back through paypal, I just thought I'd give everybody a heads up on this. It wasn't a major purchase or anything, but it's the point.

E60 Lurker: I had PMed right before New years. I had very clearly apoligized that the AIB were not delivered as they were sent over 2 weeks prior to that. I had advised you that I will gladly refund you your money as the postal service could not confirm to me where the package was and if it had been delivered. You Pmed me on Friday. Its New Years and the weekend, I wasnt around. So there is no need to say that I scammed you, when I said it clearly several times that I will refund you the money and take care of everything .
REFUND WAS ISSUED.. IF YOU EVER RECIEVE THE PACKAGE I WOULD EXPECT YOU TO RETURN SAME
