I never bought from him or recommended him, but is this really the same guy who was once a respectable member of the forum?
These are cross-state transactions and worthy of a report to the FBI for investigation.

Guys, I am not sure of the problem here unless, of course, you did a wire transfer or Western Union. With paypal or credit card transactions, it's his burden to prove that the items were actually received (that's received, not just shipped). Any benefit of a doubt is normally given to the buyer. It's a pain in the ass, of course, but most of you should be able to get your money back in full.
