hi all!
if you are thinking to get any carbon fiber items from factor one garage :thumbsdown: , just forget about it. either you will lose your money or your patience!! the company is completely without any responsibility!!! i order a set of bmw emblems on the 12th of september and still i didnt get them. i tried to contact them hundreds of times via emails and phone calls and not a single reply!!! BE CAREFULL AND THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM!!!

How about tracking number? If you're in a country where mails and packages are lost frequently, then maybe its the shipping company's fault. I dono if its fraud, but I've heard of people saying good thigns about Factor One Garage, and a shop like that wouldn't cheap you for a set of emblems, but I might be wrong.

I dealt with Factor One Garage for my front lip and I had no problems at all. Fast shipping, and they were great to deal with. I even misplaced the ACS emblem from the box, and they shipped me a new one free of charge.

Due to a software bug (I guess) it was possible for Wilson from factoronegarage to register as Wilson, allthough the user name Wilson was allready taken.
Now, all PM's are getting to the first Wilson, who is not from factoronegarage... So he is not responding and was wondering about the Spam...
I have alerted Mark, aka Lomag, about the situation and he will take some action, so that everybody is happy.
I am pretty sure with all what I've heard, that Factor One Garage is a serious company, and they probably wonder why nobody reacts to their ads in our classifieds section.

Infact there were two Wilson's registered somehow and the original one was getting PM's and e-mails for the Wilson from Factor One Garage. I've renamed the 2nd Wilson to "Wilson FOG".
