At the end of last month I called Garry for a rear bumper cover for my son's 325xi to be sent to AAA Best Auto Body in the Bronx who do excellent work.
This morning Armando, the painter, opened the boxed and found that the front cover was sent. (It was tough scheduling the body work and this was the first available date)
Called Garry Romani immediately. Result: Gary instantly said he would refund my credit card fully for the part and the shipping, which was almost as much as the part alone! He also said it was too much hassle to return the front cover and too expensive.
All of you should deal with no one else but Gary Romani. His response to the situation was instantaneous!
If you read this, Garry, you are the GREATEST! My business with BMW parts is yours forever! All of you should do the same.
