UPDATE: John called me last week and he called up miro and got the wheel cap for me. I got it on Saturday and the fitment was perfect and everything worked out in the end. The problem was resolved. Thanks John!

Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I think John at Eurorev should get one. Great job in resolving the issue with OP.

Just IMHO, but a problem like wheel caps should not take 10 days to rectify, period. Also, I have clients I speak to regularly as well, and when there's an issue I send them a quick email or give em a call to let them know the status, not that hard and you'd be surprised how long people will wait happily IF yoou update them and let them know you are not ignoring them and have not forgotten them. (good thing I'm local, huh?)

John is not the problem...its Vincent and Eurorev
