Ok so in March i contacted this member (omlax 19) about some H&R Lowering springs.
We talked on the phone and got everything sqaured away...or so i thought. I went on Paypal sent the monies to this guy and its now April 26 and NO DAMN LOWERRING SPRINGS!!!!!!
i texted the guy and he told me he had been sick so i gave him a few days, i called him back to see if anything had been done and he told me that later that day he would have a confirmation number.
NOTHING of course, i tried calling him back and the number has been disconnected!
it was only $115 but still money is money!! i don't know whether this is going to resolve anything but i wouldn't want anyone else getting "F'd" for their monies.

I contacted Paypal after this hapened but i still haven't recieved anything from them either.

update***i talked to Paypal again last night and they told me there wasnt anything they could do except try to get a hold of him.
well this morning i have a pm from this guy telling me that he lost his phone and my info, so resent it to him. im not gonna
hold my breath on this deal but i sure hope he stays true to his word and sends me merchandise.
we'll see.

You open a Paypal dispute for goods not received,then escalate it to a claim if the seller does not reply.If you don't get the goods,Paypal should refund your money!

we talked about that and he told me that because it had been past 45 days Paypal couldn't refund me my mony back. :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:

this guy must be pretty desperate to scam someone for 115 bucks.. goodluck dude and hope this guy contacts you and get this resolve so everybody can move on.. keep us posted! good luck
