wont paypal refund the money? If you put a dispute in, he has to produce a receipt showing the product shipped and anything over $250 needs a signature....Let me guess...he closed his paypal account out! As much money that he received through paypal, theywould need more info from him. I own a pre owned harley dealership and once we started receiving large deposits from customers, they put a hold on our account untilwe verified alot of business/personal information. Including social security number and tax ID number.

I saw another thread that had a name of his business and his name. I live in south florida and looked up a few things. If this is the same company that the other link mentioned, there is no one registered with that company by that name. below is the link.

I might be another newbie...but no one has taken the leadership role and has seemed to have done anything about it. I mean I have been seeing this same post over and over again. If there is all this money out there, dont you think it would be great if you got at least half your money back? The longer people wait to take legal action, the harder it will be to acquire assets from this defendant.
