I recently ordered a number of detailing products from Phil at DD as they had a Jan. special and I needed to replenish my supply of goodies to get me through the rest of winter and hopefully into the spring. More importantly though I felt good ordering from a company which takes pride in the work and products they sell as evidenced by the reviews posted here. One particular item I purchased was a Foam Cannon which I had several questions on. I placed my order on a Sunday and sent a quick email to Phil which he promptly responded too.
If you are looking to order any type of detailing supplies, I would highly recommend purchasing them from Phil at DD.
You will get the best customer service and the right answers to the questions you have.
P.S. If you do not own a foam cannon, and have the means of ordering one, I would highly recommend it as nothing compares to the suds it produces.
