THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST. I HAVE LISTED MY PHONE, MY NAME, MY PLACE OF BUSINESS. I POSTED A THREAD TO HELP YOU GUYS OUT AND ALL I'VE GOTTEN IS REPEATED ASSAULTS. I'VE BEEN UPFRONT. OBVIOUSLY, THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN MISTREATED BY VIC/TONY/QUAD=M NEED TO PLACE YOUR COMPLAINT WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, I CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU. SOME OF YOU ARE VERY ABUSIVE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ORDER FROM OUR COMPANY, BUT THOSE WHO DO WILL BE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. ITS UP TO YOU.
"Tired of you guys tugging on my nuts"??? Thats your response back to verbal banter that you can't deal with? You were the one that started posting here on this forum looking for new business. Not one member in this forum sought you or your business out during this fiasco; which thankfully, I am not a part of. Some people here were taken for a ride for a serious amount of cash and your response is "Tired of you guys tugging on my nuts"??? Where is your sympathy man and what kind of businessman are you! This forum, I thought, was for the exchange of ideas and information pertaining to e60's and to help one another with questions that arise during the lease or ownership of the vehicle. No one is twisting your arm to post on this forum so what is driving you to keep this disaster perpetuating?? In business if your services are not wanted you move on until you find a demand or you fail. In this case, it seems there is no demand here for your services; please move on and forget this forum; you are really upsetting some people............

No good businessman is defensive or argumentative with the customer. We all know that the customer is always right, even when he's wrong. You stay professional and simply prove yourself. You don't offend those who can put money in your pocket.

I have been over-the-top a few times with my SA at my dealership, and he had every right to go tell me to F&#K myself, but he always was professional and apologetic, exactly the way a professional acts.

Get some guinea pigs to have some kits painted, and then we'll see what they have to say....until then I'd try and remain calm & polite.

Clonespecialists,

For what it's worth, thanks for showing up on this forum. At least now we know someone who has worked with Tony in the past and we do appreciate any help you can give us in this matter.

It's just that showing up at this moment has some of us thinking this might be Tony under a different name.

Just understand that we are a bit on edge at the moment. I'm sure if someone had your money and disappeared, you'd be a bit stressed.

I would say to lay low on the sales pitch for a few weeks while we handle this situation to a satisfactory closure. Once that's more or less out of the way, I personally would look into ordering from you in the future -- especially with your policy of ship and pay later.

Thanks for the offer-- it's just the wrong time at the moment since we all got frayed nerves and are talking to lawyers and investigators.

Thanks

BM

Guys,

everything is said now.

If you want to deal with him, go ahead.
If not, just don't do it then.

There is no more need to bash him here, OK?
It's enough!

I don't see a probelm with his attitude.
All I see is someone that chimed in at the wrong time!

You guys made your point clear.

Deal with him or not.

But no more bashing please!

Thank you!

+1 -- Let's move on. Be cautious should you decide to deal with CS. Best of luck.
