I ordered G2 caliper paint kit over a week ago from www.Xenonmods.com

1) No order confirmation sent
2) No shipping information to date
3) 5 emails sent and zero response

I cannot find any phone number on their website and after a little Internet research I found

http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?a...f=24&t=6386

The above post basically scared the shit out of me and made me realize this person is a complete freak and a scam. Basically I'm out $37 bucks or whatever until the bank fixes the problem.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

subjectRe: No Order Confirmations?

There are posts across the web http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?a...f=24&t=6386 that are saying the same thing about your lack of response, no shipment of orders paid for, etc.

Listen, if you don't ship this in 48 hours or reply to me I'm filing an immediate chargeback via my credit card company and reporting your website as a fraud. Do you understand?

Regards,

Alex

Yeah - posts from two years ago. Congrats on digging those up.

I'll get the tracking number for you on Monday.

It's been SIX days man, two of which have been the weekend! Give it a rest!

I understand just fine. I'm a fraud because you don't have a tracking number yet for an order placed SIX days ago (including today and yesterday Saturday and Sunday).

My GOD. I'll email you the tracking number for it tomorrow when I get back to work.

Cripe.

Hello,

I'm not sure how you expected me to give you the benefit of the doubt when here is all I have going for me ever since I purchased off your site:

1) No phone number
2) Slow email response
3) Bad reviews found online saying Buyer Beware
4) No order confirmation sent
5) A response from the vendor, (you), with no apology whatsoever. Instead, the business is telling me things like "My GOD, Give it a rest, Cripe, and, Congrats on digging that up."

Being a smart-ass with a customer, that's really great business sense?

Mr. Calnan, you should know that in this day and age people trust others that practice good business etiquette. You yourself tout how great you are on your website, "doing this to enjoy life a little on the side and eat less Taco Bell and go to the movies more". If you're going to continue to provide a written fa?ade online to give a down-home, warm and fuzzy feeling to your customer before they buy a product from xenonmods.com, at least back it up with some professional service. I run an online business and if an employee of mine replied to me the way you just did they would be standing in an unemployment line faster than you can imagine.

Just put yourself in my shoes.

Cordially,

Alex

Actually I bought from this guy awhile ago and got my product. However I got some message from ebay saying that if I did not receive my item, I should file a complaint.

Yes, he clearly only responds to complaints or threats on filing chargebacks.

The guy actually shipped it today. I bet its the wrong product. Here was his email after I asked him for the tracking number he promised me:

USPS should have emailed it to you, that's why I've ignored your oh-so-pleasant emails today.

Anyway, here it is: 42060047910213683076633872
This guy is a piece of work. I'm going to make it my personal fucking goal in life to let the entire goddam Internet know about the bullshit attitude and service.
