My Ride: E61 535d carbon black m-kit panoramaroof with beige nasca interior and wood trim. 172m rims. DimSport Race, SB, SAT
No such packages in Europe.
My Nov '07 production (i expect that would be considered an '08 model in North America?) e61 does have Bluetooth "Professional". I believe the alternative option is called "Business".

what is the difference between "Professional" and "Regular" ?

I am not certain, but believe it generally refers to whether you have the 6.6" or the 8.8" screen. You can have the smaller screen without navigation and here you can add bluetooth business. If you have the larger screen, I think you will automatically have the navigation professional and your bluetooth will also be called professional, but i doubt the bluetooth has any different functionality or interface. It isn't like you can control the ipod functions or anything, on your iphone if you have the professional! It's just a phone controller, which automatically uploads your phone address book, and as you make calls, it stores your 8 most frequently used numbers in a quick menu.
