Hi all,
I input my voicemail number with a pause then password then # into my directory on my phone and linked it with the car. But when I try to dial that number, the system locks up. Seems it doesn't like the special characters from the razr (pause). Anyone else had problems with this?
I'd really like to be able to dial my voicemail without inputting the password manually. btw, I have Cingular service if that matters.

I have RAZR, but use T-Mobile. With T-Mobile, Password is not required when dialing Voice Mail from the phone.
About the only thing I can think you can do is just dial the Voice Mail number.... then use the iDrive to enter your passcode manually.

I too have the same phone and same problem. I'll let you know if I find how to correct it. Right now, what I do when I'm in the car and want to hear my messages, I just use the handset to dial.

Yes I have the same problem with my cingular RAZR V3. It annoys me that I have to dial a password to get my voicemail anyways when I am calling from my own phone. Cingular should allow you the option not to do this.
