I'm using the motorola v551 with bluetooth in my 05/04 545. Everything works well with bluetooth, with one exception. I made some significant changes to my address book on my phone and noticed that the car address book did not change. Is there something I need to do to update the address book? I thought it was automatic when you connected handsfree. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a different phone, but have found that for changes in the "phonebook" it can take 15 - 30 minutes to update in the car (car needs to be operating whole time).

I have the same phone. Sometimes the phone book updates takes awhile, but it will eventually happen.

same here - it always seems to update but not necessarily the first time the car and v551 connect after making additions to the phonebook.
