Treo doesn't transfer Favorites. Please help!

I'm trying a Treo 650 Unlocked GSM phone and the phone doesn't transfer the Favorites. I already tried with several Favorites and with only one and it still doesn't transfer. On the idrive A-Z menu it appears the message Please wait... with a clock symbol. It's the same as my P910i, that menu stays always the same.
Anybody has an idea of what can be happening?
Treo has the latest version 1.13
Bmw 645ci (I presume that it's the same idrive system as the E60/61) has 16.2
