I have a 755p it paired ok but no contact list. Any ideas?

 

It?s not compatible with the Bluetooth system in the car. Try a phone that?s compatible and you should get the list.

 

I don't know about that particular Treo model but in the past, the only contacts that came over from a Treo were the ones on the "favorites" list...

 

I have a Treo 755p with service from Sprint. I just picked up my 2008 535i (US) and the phone paired without indecent.

My wife also has a Treo 700 and it paired just as easily.

As for contacts only those names/phone numbers that are in the favorites list are communicated to the car.

 

Get a Blackberry 8800 or Curve. No issues pairing or getting full contact list. There is one list, no need to deal with moving contacts to your favorites in order for them to appear in the idrive. By the way, I don't like treos......

 

How do you add favorites?

I cannot see the treo 755p contact list even after adding contacts into favourite list.

If anyone has similar issues with TREO (windows versions). I use a small program from Jetwaremobile for my 700W. Full synchronization takes place. Doesn't help the original poster I realize.

 

This is the proper solution for the Treo:

1. Get on the freeway.
2. Accelerate to 80mph.
3. Open window.
4. Hurl phone out of window, preferably under the tires of an 18 wheeler.
5. Close window.
6. Slow down.
7. Drive to nearest phone store an buy a blackberry.
