Unless you can download the phonebook into the car, and use the voice activation.... the bluetooth is essentially worthless.

I do have 7100t working (!). Did the software upgrade and pairing.
It works like a speakerphone...
You can not initiate call. The message on the screen is "Please activate phone"
Happy for that.
What do I need to do:
1. Answer the call using the Steering column button
2. Dial a number (I know that may not be possible in the near future)

You'll need to get a cell phone with Bluetooth..... not a BlackBerry or other PDA style device. (Although the Treo 650 seems to work now).
