AT&T Razor with Bluetooth Module

I have a 06 5 series with the BMW Bluetooth module in the tray. Time worked fine with my old Motorola phone. When the old phone died the replacement was a new AT&T Razor.
The new phone paired, I see my phone book, the blue LED on the phone lights up when I am in the car. I can make and receive calls, and hear the incoming caller. The big problem is that nobody can hear me.... ( Wife tells me this is a good thing... )
