My service tech doesn't have a clue on how my power/phone cradle fits into my arm rest ...
Do the existing "flip up" thing in the arm rest get replace with a new phone cradle or does it come apart and the phone cradle fit into it? Any idea, any pictures (picutres would be very good)

There are plenty of posts regarding this. Search on cpt 9000, and you'll find instructions on how to install, plus the part numbers, etc. I installed my cradle myself, then went and had the car programed for it to recognize the phone.
I'm in the process of trying to figure out how the TCU can break so that it can be replaced with a bluetooth compatible one...

Canada545,
How much is it going to set you back to have the b/t retrofit?

[/quote]Sorry for the delay. As ademitt stated, my car came BT enabled (no charge) because it was just built in April 2005, what I was getting was the cradle and adapter and this other think (I needed three pieces - which I have all the prices and part numbers at home) which cost me around $500 canadian not including labor (which they did for free for me)
